Newer android apps don't even let you use user-installed certificates unless the app builder lets you (without root that is)

@cassidyclown @mint @FrailLeaf I haven’t read the entire thread I was busy with work but for my macheen I got it to work by adding the root cert chain and nothing else, putting it in /usr/local/share/ca-certificates/trust-source/anchors, running update-ca-certificates, and restarted pleroma/akkoma/bloat/whatever

@meso @theorytoe it's because the akkoma-fe picker makes it render EVERY SINGLE EMOJI ON YOUR SERVER when you search because there is no virtual scrolling, I have a really broken fix on my frontend
